Furthermore, please note that no promoter can establish any exception to this rule. Following the list of 14 countries where the certificate is mandatory: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom.
In particular, those who have not taken part in a Regional in 2020 must necessarily compete in a Regional in the 2021 calendar in their own country in order to be able to take part in a Pro Qualifier. The regulation for 2021 provides that if there are no Regionals in your country of origin before the foreign Pro Qualifier you intend to participate in, the participation is possible, otherwise if there were Regionals in your country before the foreign Pro Qualifier at the which you intend to participate in, you must necessarily compete in the Regional of your country first.
